The Samuel Goldwyn Theater, located at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences headquarters, set the scene for the highly anticipated Los Angeles premiere of “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé” this past Saturday.

The star-studded event featured a chrome “Renaissance” coded carpet where renowned guests flaunted their best looks, predominantly adorned in black and silver attire. The film, offering an exclusive glimpse into the behind-the-scenes moments of Beyoncé’s 2023 Renaissance tour, is scheduled to hit theaters worldwide this coming Friday.

Despite the absence of Beyoncé on the red carpet, the glamour was in no short supply. Social media remained devoid of images featuring Jay-Z or their children. The morning following the premiere, Donatella Versace unveiled a set of portraits showcasing Beyoncé in a sleek silver gown paired with matching gloves, her platinum blonde hair flowing straight.

In an Instagram post, Versace praised the star, referencing Beyoncé’s song “Unique,” stating, “You are a vision in Versace. You are unique. One of one, the number one, the only one!! I can’t wait to see the Renaissance tour movie.”

The event witnessed the early presence of founding Destiny’s Child members LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett, who graced the carpet in celebration of Beyoncé’s latest cinematic venture. Both singers, integral members of the iconic 1990s girl group, were followed by the current trio of Destiny’s Child – Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.

Michelle Williams emerged as a showstopper in an elaborate black dress featuring captivating mesh detailing around her calves. Meanwhile, Kelly Rowland opted for a glamorous silver, textured dress that perfectly complemented the evening’s theme.

As anticipation grows for the global release of “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,” the Los Angeles premiere undoubtedly set the stage for what promises to be a cinematic journey into the artistry and spectacle that defines Beyoncé’s latest tour.
