Megan Thee Stallion’s Legal Team Moves to Question Tory Lanez in Defamation Lawsuit Against Blogger

Megan Thee Stallion’s legal battle against blogger Milagro Gramz is taking a new turn, with her team now seeking to question Tory Lanez under oath.

According to legal journalist Meghann Cuniff, Megan’s attorneys believe Lanez—who is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence—has relevant information regarding Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper. The motion to question Lanez has not been opposed by either his legal team or Cooper’s lawyers, paving the way for a deposition to take place via video while he remains incarcerated.

This latest legal move stems from Megan’s defamation and cyberstalking lawsuit against Cooper, whom she accuses of spreading misinformation and harassing her online. The case is closely tied to the highly publicized 2022 trial, in which Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan in the feet following an argument after a party at Kylie Jenner’s house.

The incident, which occurred in July 2022, led to Lanez being found guilty of assault with a firearm in December of the same year. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, a ruling that sparked widespread debate across social media.

Megan has been vocal about the impact of false narratives and online harassment throughout the ordeal. The lawsuit against Gramz is part of her broader effort to combat what she describes as a smear campaign aimed at discrediting her.
