In 2019, their album “Black Times” was nominated for a Grammy in the Best World Music Album category.
In addition to the upcoming album, Seun Kuti and Egypt 80 are set to tour North America from June 8 to July 27. The tour includes 18 dates, with free performances scheduled in Brooklyn and Chicago.
