Kendrick Lamar has once again solidified his dominance in the streaming world, reclaiming the top spot on the U.S. Spotify Top Artists chart. This achievement marks yet another victory for the Compton rapper, as he dethrones Drake, who previously held the position.

Lamar’s latest milestone is just one in a series of impressive feats he has accomplished in recent months. At the Grammy Awards last month, he took home five trophies, with his viral diss track Not Like Us standing out as one of the night’s biggest winners. Shortly after, he had the opportunity to perform the track during the Super Bowl halftime show, a moment that set a new record. His performance became the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show in history, attracting 133.5 million viewers—surpassing Michael Jackson’s iconic 1993 show, which held the record at 133.4 million.

His dominance on Spotify has also been undeniable. Just last week, Lamar became the first rapper ever to surpass 110 million monthly listeners on the platform, further cementing his influence in the streaming era. His achievements aren’t limited to surpassing Drake either—he also recently overtook Travis Scott’s record for the fastest rap album to reach 2 billion streams in the 2020s. Lamar’s album GNX reached the milestone in just 96 days, beating Scott’s Utopia, which took 114 days.

These accomplishments arrive just ahead of his highly anticipated Grand National tour, where he will be joined by fellow star SZA. The tour, set to kick off soon, will cover multiple cities across North America, including Houston, Atlanta, and Minneapolis. Following the U.S. leg, Lamar and SZA will take the show to Europe, where demand has been overwhelming—tickets for several stops in countries like Germany, France, and Italy nearly sold out within a single day.

Meanwhile, Lamar continues to dominate the charts with his latest hits. Tracks like Luther, Not Like Us, TV Off, and Squabble Up remain fan favorites, reinforcing his reign as one of hip-hop’s most unstoppable forces.
