A new chapter has emerged in the legal battles surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs, with one of the anonymous accusers in his ongoing sexual assault lawsuits now identified. Anna Kane, the ex-wife of NHL player Evander Kane, has publicly revealed her identity after being ordered to do so in order to continue her legal case against the music mogul.

The lawsuit, initially filed under the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” claims that Anna was sexually assaulted by Diddy and others when she was just 17 years old. According to court documents, the alleged incident occurred in 2003 after Anna was invited to meet Diddy in New York following an encounter with Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, in Detroit. Anna claims that she was given drugs and alcohol at a recording studio before being assaulted by Diddy in a bathroom.

Anna, who now goes by her full name in legal filings, spoke out through her attorney, Doug Wigdor, saying, “Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”

The lawsuit includes photos of the meeting, where Anna claims she is the blurred face in the images. She further alleges that the encounter resulted in sexual assault, which she says occurred without her consent.

Anna was married to Evander Kane, a current player for the Edmonton Oilers, in 2018. The couple divorced in 2021 after having one child together. Notably, Evander has not been connected to any wrongdoing regarding Diddy’s case.

Diddy has denied all allegations made against him. His legal team has continued to challenge the claims, asserting that they are baseless.
