On September 3rd, Chrisean Jr., the first child of Chrisean Rock and Blueface, celebrated his first birthday. However, the milestone arrived while both of his parents remain behind bars. Stepping in to mark the occasion publicly was Jonathan Porter Sr., Blueface’s father, who shared heartfelt messages and birthday wishes for his grandson.

Blueface, born Jonathan Porter, is currently serving time in Los Angeles for a probation violation, while Chrisean Rock is incarcerated in Oklahoma on a fugitive warrant. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, both families have ensured that Chrisean Jr. is being cared for by a trusted guardian, as previously shared by his paternal grandmother, Karlissa Saffold.

On Tuesday, Jonathan Sr., affectionately known as “Papa Blue,” took to Instagram to celebrate his grandson’s first birthday. He posted a video showing a room decorated with balloons, gift bags, and portraits of both Chrisean and Blueface. The heartfelt display was accompanied by several shoutouts to his grandson.

A few hours later, Jonathan Sr. shared another video compilation featuring a mix of women and children sending birthday wishes to Chrisean Jr. The compilation included messages from fans and individuals who know the infant personally, reflecting the outpouring of love for the young child from both family and supporters.

In his final post, Jonathan Sr. thanked those who contributed gifts for the occasion, expressing his hopes for Chrisean Rock’s release in the coming days so that she and her son could open the presents together.

“Happy 1st Birthday. Hope you have an amazing, blessed day. Free Blueface. Also, we are hoping that they’ll free Chrisean within the next week so that her and Jr. can go online, open up all you guys’ beautiful gifts. Thank you so much. Much love, couldn’t do it without ya. Once again, Happy 1st Birthday Chrisean Jr. Papa Blue loves you and miss you,” he said in the post.

Meanwhile, Blueface has given updates from behind bars, revealing in a video interview that his time in jail feels like a “little break from responsibility.” He shared that his routine consists of snacking on Doritos, watching TV, making phone calls, and working out. Despite being apart from his son, Blueface remains in contact with Chrisean Rock, and he expressed hope that she would soon be released to reunite with their child.

As both parents remain in jail, the Porter family and their supporters continue to rally around Chrisean Jr., ensuring that he is surrounded by love during this important milestone.
