Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has officially placed his stunning Beverly Hills estate on the market for a jaw-dropping $61.5 million. This decision comes just six months after the property was raided by federal agents in connection to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. The sprawling mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood, is described as one of the area’s most remarkable homes, boasting 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and a wealth of luxury amenities spread across 17,000 square feet.
The sale could result in a hefty profit for Diddy, who originally purchased the property for $39 million in 2014. Should the house sell at its current asking price, the hip-hop mogul stands to make a remarkable $20.5 million gain.
Speculation about the home’s sale began circulating in July 2024, only months after Homeland Security agents conducted raids on Diddy’s Los Angeles mansion and his waterfront Miami home. While specific details of the March 25 raids remain limited, sources have linked the federal search to an ongoing sex trafficking probe. Insiders revealed that the raids involved the collection of electronics and the opening of safes from both properties.
In spite of the controversy and reports of “significant property damage” during the raid, Diddy appears unfazed, listing the property at a premium. The mansion offers potential buyers a glimpse into a life of luxury, complete with a wide array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art theater with seating for 35, a gym, wine cellar, indoor sauna, library, and pool. The estate’s grounds feature immaculate lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort-style swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, and a spa house. There’s even an outdoor BBQ area with a bar and pizza oven.

The mansion’s architectural design draws on classic European influences, giving the space an air of timeless elegance. Prospective buyers would also be joining an elite community, with famous neighbors like reality star Kylie Jenner living nearby.
However, anyone hoping to get a glimpse inside the home will have to meet strict requirements. Tours will only be given to “prequalified clients,” meaning only those with the financial means to afford the property will be considered for viewings.
The Beverly Hills estate is just one of several high-profile properties that Diddy has acquired and sold over the years. His Miami waterfront mansion, located on the exclusive Star Island, was purchased in 2021 for $35 million. It was previously owned by famed musicians Gloria and Emilio Estefan. The Miami estate, which includes two buildings, six bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms, also offers incredible waterfront views.
Combs has long had a history of real estate investments, including the purchase of the home next door to the Star Island estate, which he bought 18 years earlier for $14.5 million. Despite the controversies, the music mogul continues to navigate the real estate market with remarkable skill, and his latest listing is no exception. Whether the ongoing investigation will impact the sale remains to be seen, but the property’s luxurious features and prime location ensure it will be an attractive option for deep-pocketed buyers.
