2.1. Event cancellations: In the unfortunate event of a concert cancellation, Afrolaud will process full refunds to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase. Our team will notify ticket holders via email about the cancellation and initiate the refund process promptly.

2.2. Postponements and rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
