Popular streamer Kai Cenat has sparked excitement among fans with hints of a potential collaboration with Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, during his upcoming trip to Japan. Cenat recently revealed a “90 percent” chance of Ye appearing on one of his streams, marking a surprising turn in their relationship.

Cenat, who was previously not on good terms with Ye, shared with his audience that the two have reconciled, crediting a shared interest in a viral image of a horse wearing a Bully shirt as a catalyst for mending their connection. Speaking on his stream, Cenat said, “I was on the phone with Ye. He’s ready for me to come to Japan, so we gotta hurry up and do that.”

While Cenat emphasized that he wouldn’t push Ye to appear on stream, he admitted there’s a strong possibility. “I’m not bringing up no streams,” Cenat said. “Ye is Ye for a reason. I’m there for the experience, but I think he’ll be open to it. If I had to say a percentage, it’s probably, like, 90 percent.”

Cenat’s excitement for the trip was evident during a recent stream, where he hinted at a major development after what he described as a “very good conversation” with Ye. He celebrated by packing his bags and singing along to Ye’s track “Good Life” from the Graduation album.

Acknowledging Ye’s creative and unpredictable nature, Cenat admitted that the trip could potentially be a prank but said he’s embracing the opportunity regardless. “This could probably be a big-ass prank. Who knows? Come all the way to Japan for nothing. I don’t know,” he joked.

The streamer also spoke highly of Ye’s current state of mind, attributing his positive energy to an upcoming album. “He’s in a great mood, bruh. I feel like he’s in a happy mood because the album’s coming out and stuff,” Cenat shared. He added that Ye has been highly responsive in their recent conversations, describing him as “a very good dude.”

The prospect of a collaboration between one of the most influential artists in modern music and one of the most-watched streamers has fans buzzing. Whether or not Ye joins Cenat on stream, the trip promises to be a unique moment in pop culture, merging the worlds of music and live streaming in unexpected ways.

As Cenat prepares for his journey, all eyes are on Japan to see if this 90 percent chance becomes a 100 percent reality.
