Rap sensation GloRilla has made it clear that she’s not just single but committed to staying celibate until she finds her lifelong partner. Known for her straight-talking style, the “Wanna Be” artist posted on X (formerly Twitter) on November 10, emphasizing her relationship goals with a simple, heartfelt message: “Single & celibate until God sends me my husband.”
This declaration follows her previous New Year’s resolution to practice a 90-day period of celibacy, which she revealed on social media back in January. “Started my 90-day celibacy lil s— for New Year’s or [whatever],” she had shared, later admitting that sticking to her resolution was challenging. “I’m on da 9th day & my vision blurry af !!!!! Send help,” she wrote.
Though GloRilla has largely stayed away from public dating drama, she briefly sparked speculation earlier this year after a playful interaction with NBA star and rapper Damian Lillard during the NBA All-Star Weekend. Following the event, she posted, “Who n—- dis? Cause I want him #GetEmGlo,” igniting a flurry of gossip. However, Lillard, who had reportedly filed for divorce from his wife, Kay’la, last year, put the rumors to rest. “I keep my personal life personal, you know? And I let it be that,” he said, adding that while he respects GloRilla as an artist, “ain’t nothing going on.”

GloRilla, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, has been making waves in the music industry. She dropped her debut album, Glorious, in October, a project that showcases her distinct style and has produced hit singles like “TGIF” and “Whatchu Kno About Me” with fellow rapper Sexyy Red. Adding to her momentum, the Memphis rapper recently earned two Grammy nominations for the upcoming 2025 awards: one for Best Rap Performance and another for Best Rap Song with her track “Yeah Glo!” from her Ehhthang Ehhthang mixtape.
As her career continues to rise, GloRilla’s focus remains on her music, personal growth, and, as she’s made clear, finding the right partner when the time is right. For now, the rapper is embracing singlehood with a purpose, keeping her priorities firmly in place as she navigates fame and success.
