50 Cent has once again reignited his long-standing feud with Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time taking aim at the embattled music mogul following a surprising discovery made by federal agents during raids on Combs’ properties. On Monday, Combs was arrested on serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, and soon after, prosecutors revealed that over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were seized from his homes earlier in the year.
The revelation quickly made waves online, with people questioning the sheer quantity of items found. Never one to miss an opportunity to troll, 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, took to social media to mock his rival. Posting an image of himself with Drew Barrymore following an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” 50 Cent humorously captioned the post, “Here I am keeping good company with @DrewBarrymoreTV, and I don’t have 1,000 bottles of lube at the house.”
This jab marks the latest in a series of public digs between the two artists, whose rivalry dates back years. While 50 Cent and Diddy have sparred over various issues in the past, the latest developments in Combs’ legal saga have given 50 Cent more material to fuel the feud. The “In Da Club” rapper even hinted at plans to release a documentary titled “Diddy Do It?” poking fun at the scandal.
Combs’ troubles began in late 2023 when his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and physical abuse. Though the suit was settled within a day, a 2016 video resurfaced showing Combs physically assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway. 50 Cent was quick to sarcastically comment on the video, sharing it on Instagram with the caption, “Now I’m sure puffy didn’t do it, he is innocent this proves nothing! This is what his lawyers are gonna say, God help us all.” He even referenced popular TV show “Maury” by adding, “The lie detector test has determined this was a lie…. Maury vibes.”

Since Ventura’s lawsuit, multiple other individuals have come forward with similar allegations of abuse against Combs. Despite denying all the claims, Combs was arrested Monday night by federal agents at the Park Hyatt Hotel in New York City. Just hours before his arrest, he was seen laughing and smiling, seemingly unbothered by the legal storm brewing around him.
Court documents released after his arrest revealed that Combs faces three major charges: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The 14-page indictment paints a dark picture of Combs’ conduct, accusing him of operating a “criminal enterprise” for decades. The allegations include not only sex trafficking but also forced labor, kidnapping, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
In addition to the bottles of lubricant, law enforcement also seized firearms, including three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers, during the raids on Combs’ homes. The indictment claims that these weapons were used by his entourage to intimidate and threaten others, including alleged victims and witnesses.
Despite the seriousness of the charges, 50 Cent’s trolling shows no signs of slowing down. His jabs have added a layer of spectacle to an already high-profile legal case, with fans and critics alike waiting to see how the drama between these two hip-hop heavyweights will unfold next.
