Rapper and entrepreneur Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is facing legal action from photographer Guadalupe De Los Santos, who alleges that the artist used his SUV to assault him at a traffic light. The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, accuses the rapper of causing physical harm and damaging property during an incident on September 11.

De Los Santos claims that after 50 Cent’s book signing event, he was riding his scooter and filming near the rapper’s SUV at a stoplight. According to the lawsuit, the vehicle’s door suddenly swung open, hitting De Los Santos and knocking him off his scooter. He alleges that the impact left him injured and rendered his scooter irreparable.

The photographer is now suing for damages, including compensation for his injuries and loss of income stemming from the incident.

50 Cent addressed the allegations through his lawyer, who told TMZ that the rapper has not been served or seen a copy of the lawsuit. The statement read:
“Mr. Jackson has neither been served with nor seen a filed copy of the lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm.”

Gloria Allred, the prominent attorney representing De Los Santos, was also the target of 50 Cent’s criticism in an Instagram post. The rapper shared his disapproval of the lawsuit, stating:
“The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers. Gloria, you should know better—chase a different ambulance.”

De Los Santos is pursuing financial compensation, citing injuries sustained from the incident and the impact on his ability to work.

While the lawsuit unfolds, it remains to be seen how the legal battle will play out and whether 50 Cent will address the claims more formally. For now, the rapper seems to be dismissing the allegations publicly while the legal process continues.
